Assure issues:
1 restart the computer after finishing software installation then connect the digital camera.
2 if equipment manger has image setting, please check if it is Dual Mode Canora(2770)
3 If it is not Dual Mode Canora(2770), please remove it, then connect the digital camera, the computer can auto-detect it and finish installation by showing Dual Mode Canora(2770) setting.
4 check if the software authentication function is properly set.

Q: visional function only after installing according to manual and disk instruction, pictures can not be download if photo-taking outside (shows pictures have taken is 0)

Solution:
1, widows98se needs to be the operation system
2. all software and drivers are installed properly
3. check equipment manager, if any equipment has problem, please click relevant equipment and delete it, and refresh(part of the problems are solved in this way), but parts of other customers with the proper drivers installed cannot solve the problem.

A: 1. finish software installation, restart and connect digital camera
2. if the equipment manager has the image settings, please check if it is Dual Mode Canora(2770)

A: input win98 disk or if your hard drive contains installation codes, please direct it to the file category contains win98 original code

Q: finish installation in win98 environment, connecting digital camera shows up files direction dialogue.
A: finish installation in win98 environment, restart windows98 then connect digital camera.

Q: in windows2000 environment, it shows your software without digits confirmations dialogue.
A: XP and windows2000 will have the this dialogue, please click "yes" to continue.

Q: in windows98 environment, restart and shows up dialogue requiring win98 disk inputted.
A: windows 98 disk inputted will be require in windows98 environment, please input the right windows98 installation disk, and choose the right driver(such as E: ), and click yes

Q: computer requires to input windows 98 disk, but can not find the relevant information
A: please set the path: C:\windows\Twain_32\MyDSC
C: is the hard drive you install windows 98
Q: PC Cam can be used after installation, but pictures download cannot be used.
A: Please open equipment manager(choose My computer with right button and click content) then check if the image equipment name is Dual Mode Canora(2770), if not ,please remove the equipment and reconnect the digital camera.
